II Congreso RELAPRO. Buenos Aires Abril 5-7/2017

"Que bueno será aquel día en que los orientadores seamos mayores de edad y dejemos de preguntarle a otros lo que tenemos que hacer y pedir prestadas herramientas de otros campos , y diseñemos, implementemos, evaluemos y validemos nuestras propias propuestas basadas en la investigación Social y Pedagógica en beneficio de la comunidad educativa,

 que bueno creernos a nosotros mismos"

            Por fin ha llegado ese día que soñaron Julio González junto con muchos otros, de congreso en congreso ,en el que por fin, nuestros referentes teóricos nativos, son mayores que los foráneos, ese día en el que nos reuniremos al calor de un tinto, para escucharnos unos a otros en el mismo español(Inglés o portugués) con acentos diferentes, con el corazón abierto y por una causa única que no puede ser otra que la búsqueda sincera de acuerdos conceptuales fundamentales en favor de un campo de tanta necesidad para las comunidades educativas de nuestro continente y del mundo entero.

            Nos reuniremos con el favor del altísimo, no para repetir teorías extranjeras, sino para reconocer el esfuerzo académico realizado por nuestros colegas investigadores en el propio patio de su escuela, sin pretensiones  ególatras, ni cultos a la personalidad. Si no con el interés genuino de  hacer nuestros mejores aportes al campo al que pertenecemos  por vocación, formación y decisión.

            Sé que ya  ha valido la pena Gabriela, Miguel, Pablo, Deisy, Patricia, Annie, Marina, Alberto, Jairo, Nolka, Mirta, Raquel, Sergio, Max, Paul, Miller, Carolina, Lucas, Elsa ,Silvia, Aleyda, Nubia, Carmen, Lidice ,Lida, David, José, Ignacio, Laura, Hernain, Liliana ,Ana María, Carlos, Marcela, María Sara Diego, Alejandra…; vale la pena tanta pestaña quemada ,tanto responder encuestas, tantas millas de viaje, tanto correo enviado y devuelto, tanto mirar al horizonte , tanto teclear y pasear por las aulas y los pasillos, tantos cafés  solos y acompañados.

            Vale la pena  estar allí porque se vislumbra a un tiro de piedra, el tan anhelado nacimiento de un nuevo modelo latinoamericano de la Orientación, seguramente imperfecto, seguramente incompleto, pero nuestro. Producto de nuestra investigación.

            Por eso quiero estar allí, ese día, espero verte y darte un gran abrazo latinoamericano.

"How good it will be on that day when counselors become adults and stop asking others what we have to do and borrow tools from other fields, and design, implement, evaluate and validate our own proposals based on social and Pedagogical research for the benefit of the educational community,
 How good to believe in ourselves "


            At last that day came that Julio González dreamed along with many others, from conference to conference, in which at last our native theoretical references are greater than the foreign ones, that day in which we will meet in the heat of a coffee, To listen to each other in the same Spanish (English or Portuguese) with different accents, with an open heart and for a unique cause that can not be other than the sincere search of fundamental conceptual agreements in favor of a field of so much need for Educational communities of our continent and the world.

            We will meet with the favor of the highest, not to repeat foreign theories, but to recognize the academic effort made by our fellow investigators in the courtyard of his school, without egotistical pretensions or personality cults. If not with the genuine interest of making our best contributions to the field to which we belong by vocation, formation and decision.

            I know it has already been worth Gabriela, Miguel, Pablo, Deisy, Patricia, Annie, Marina, Alberto, Jairo, Nolka, Mirta, Raquel, Sergio, Max, Paul, Miller, Carolina, Lucas, Elsa, Silvia, Aleyda, Nubia , Carmen, Lidice, Lida, David, José, Ignacio, Laura, Hernain, Liliana, Ana María, Carlos, Marcela, María Sara Diego, Alejandra ...; It is worth so much burned tab, respond surveys, so many miles of travel, both mail sent and returned, looking at the horizon, typing and walking through the classrooms and corridors, so many single and accompanied cafes.

            It is worth to be there because it is glimpsed a stone's throw, the longed-for birth of a new Latin American model of Counselling and guidance, surely imperfect, surely incomplete, but ours. Product of our research.
            That's why I want to be there, that day, I hope to see you and give you a great Latin American hug.
